About Steve

Private practice. Heavy civil litigation emphasis and experience. Realistic and result-based approach, scaling resources and strategy to the client’s assessment of the importance of the litigated (or potential litigation) matter.

A significant portion of my practice consists of conducting litigation for clients of other attorneys. Those clients always remain the clients of those other attorneys, other than for the referred litigation matter.

I prefer to handle cases from the start so that I am able to conduct the discovery; however, I have on occasion accepted a case ‘midstream’, and occasionally only as trial counsel. Not ideal, but sometimes workable.

Admitted to practice in:
-All New York State and local courts
-All Federal District courts in NY State
-U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of New York
-Also admitted in Florida (inactive status)
